Every month we send a beautiful illustrated mailing from Berlin — an A5 print, a letter, a sticker, a colouring sheet, and seasonal extras. Your subscription auto-renews monthly and you can cancel anytime.

Your first mailing ships on the next dispatch date — shown at the top of the Chithi Aai Hai page. Subscribe before the cutoff date to receive that month's edition. Mailings go out on the 5th of each month.

Yes, anytime. Email us at hello@redkitepress.com before your next billing date and we'll cancel immediately — no questions, no hassle.

Absolutely. At checkout, enter the recipient's shipping address. Add a gift note in the order notes and we'll make it feel special.

We currently offer a monthly subscription. If you'd like to prepay for several months or arrange a longer gift, email us at hello@redkitepress.com.

We ship from Berlin to the UK, Canada, and the United States, and within Germany. More countries are coming — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.

Yes. Shipping is included in the subscription price for all countries we currently serve.

UK: 5–10 working days. Germany: 3–5 working days. Canada and US: 10–16 working days. These are estimates — international post can vary.

Our standard illustrated prints are A5 (148 × 210mm / 5.8 × 8.3 inches). The full alphabet poster is A3 (297 × 420mm / 11.7 × 16.5 inches).

Yes — all prints are designed to sit beautifully in a standard frame. We recommend a simple white or natural wood frame to let the illustration breathe.

The illustrations and Urdu content are designed for children aged 2–10, but they make beautiful additions to any home that loves the language.
