You may cancel your Chithi Aai Hai subscription at any time before your next billing date. Email us at hello@redkitepress.com and we'll cancel immediately with no further charges.
Because each mailing is prepared and dispatched on a set date, we are unable to offer refunds for mailings that have already been dispatched. If your mailing arrives damaged, email us with a photograph and we'll send a replacement.
If you receive a print that is damaged or significantly different from what was advertised, email us at hello@redkitepress.com within 14 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
As our prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check the print size carefully before ordering.
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving physical goods, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Digital downloads are excluded from the right of withdrawal once downloaded.
